CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-calls or no-shows. Client may not be able to book appointments in the near future. Client will have a 10 min grace period. There is a $15 late fee added to the service. After 10 mins with a no call or text, appointment will be canceled. All booking deposits are non refundable unless MUA cancels, deposits will be refunded. Please cancel within 48 hrs. Rebooking does require a non refundable booking fee. Please do not bring any extra people to your appointment. Please come with a CLEAN, EXFOLIATED FACE and GROOMED BROWS to your appointment. *WEEK DAY APPTS ARE AFTER 5:30pm* Please message MUA about booking a week day appt.
